I live in Malaysia/Indonesia. Can I renew my passport in Singapore?
You should apply to renew a passport in the country in which you are staying as a visitor or on a long-term basis. The declaration on the application form requires the applicant to confirm that he or she is in the country of application.
Consular Section in Singapore
The Consular Section is open to public (for passport applications and consular assistance) from 08:45 to midday, Monday to Friday excluding High Commission holidays.
